Wedding & Events venue

The original owners built this home in 1980 and raised their family here for 41 years. Jennifer, DJ McWaters, and I bought the property in July 2021. We decided to develop the homestead so others could share happy moments, love, and laughter as we had with our Josephine.
Josephine, my fun-loving, feisty Italian grandmother, passed shortly after we bought the property. She suggested many names for the venue. We wanted something elegant, easy to remember, and Italian. I wish I’d had the chance to tell her the name we chose.
The bedroom names also hold a special place in my heart. My paternal grandma, Mary Ellen, inspired the name of one bedroom. The  Abby Gail and The Nicole are themes of the other bedrooms and my daughters’ names.
